Areas that work together

Better Together works across four fields: self-leadership, organisational insight, leadership development and execution. Some clients engage us for a single, well-defined assignment, others for a longer development journey – often one leads to the other.

My Leadership. My Development.

Professor Rune Bjerke's research-based concept for systematic self-leadership and self-directed leadership development. The concept makes leadership development something that continues in everyday work – not something you simply attend. Better Together is developing the digital web and app universe around the concept and offers advisory services and development programmes within the field.

Employee and work-environment surveys

We offer the entire process – from needs clarification and design, through execution and analysis, to leadership dialogue, workshops and follow-up of measures. The goal is not to collect data, but to give leaders a solid basis for decisions and to turn insight into real improvement.

Leadership and organisational development

Development programmes for leaders and leadership teams, tailored to the organisation's actual situation and goals. We combine research-based knowledge with hands-on leadership experience, working with both the individual leadership role and the management system around it.

  • Mapping and needs clarification
  • Tailored development programmes for leaders and leadership teams
  • Workshops, leadership dialogue and reflection in practice
  • Follow-up over time so that development becomes lasting

Change and interim management

Experienced leadership capacity that combines strategic direction with operational execution. We step in as adviser, change leader or interim manager when the organisation is in a vulnerable or decisive phase – and make sure the change is actually delivered.

  • Assessment and design of change work
  • Interim management of projects and line organisation
  • Follow-up of leaders and teams along the way
  • Handover to the permanent organisation
