My Leadership. My Development. was developed by Professor Rune Bjerke. The concept builds on his research into self-leadership, leadership development, job satisfaction, health and performance culture – and also underpins teaching at university level and an academic book.
Leadership development in your own working day
Leadership development is not something you simply attend. It is something leaders must learn to run systematically in their own working day. Through the concept, leaders learn to:

- understand your own values, strengths and development needs
- choose skills and set concrete development goals
- train and reflect in the actual working day
- document learning and track your own progress over time
- use artificial intelligence without weakening critical thinking and judgement
