From measurement to real improvement
Better Together offers the entire process around employee and work-environment surveys. The goal is not simply to collect data, but to give leaders a solid basis for decisions – and to help the organisation turn insight into relevant action.
How we work
-
Needs clarification and design
We clarify what the survey is to answer, and shape it so the results are relevant and useful for your organisation.
-
Questionnaire development and quality assurance
Well-designed questions are half the measurement. We develop and quality-assure the questionnaire so the data stands up to both academic and practical scrutiny.
-
Execution and data collection
We ensure a safe and professional process with high participation – and full anonymity for everyone who responds.
-
Analysis, driver analysis and reporting
We analyse the results and identify the drivers that really matter for satisfaction, work environment and performance – not just the numbers themselves.
-
Presentation for management, board and organisation
We communicate the findings so they are understandable and actionable – on the premises of management, the board and the organisation.
-
Workshops, prioritisation and follow-up
Finally, the most important part: we help the organisation prioritise measures – and follow up so that insight becomes lasting improvement.

The field is developed in collaboration with Harald Sørgaard Djupvik. He is a trained organisational psychologist at the University of Oslo and combines psychological understanding, statistical method competence and long experience with customer, employee and work-environment surveys.
Harald has more than 35 years of experience in survey research, including at Televerket/Telenor and Kantar/TNS Gallup. He has worked with survey design, driver analysis, organisational culture, leadership quality and how insight is turned into decisions and concrete improvements.
He is a co-author of an award-winning ESOMAR paper on customer satisfaction measurement (1993) and the first recipient of the "Market Analyst of the Year" award in Norway (1998).
